Asthma

More and more people seem to be diagnosed as suffering from asthma. The question to ask is why? What causes this and how is it triggered? How is asthma controlled? Usually through the use of inhalers.

A personal experience of asthma led Mark to look at the Bowen technique and its benefits. After his initial treatment, we noticed a difference that Mark was less reliant on his inhalers. He now has long periods where he doesn't use one at all. He has regular Bowen treatments to top up and finds that only when there are significant changes in the weather that he needs to use his inhaler and then for just a few days.

Other family members have also benefited from this as they had been inhaler reliant for years, again the treatment has helped them and in some cases they don't use an inhaler at all.
